Advanced - Participants in this designation would be in either Swimmer 5 or Swimmer 6 in the Lifesaving Society Swim for Life Program. Participants who are or have been in any of the Lifesaving Society Bronze Medal courses are also considered as advanced. Following the Lifesaving Society Swim to Survive program, the BSRC Pool also includes stroke improvement for our school swimming lesson participants. All swimmers will also receive a recommendation as to what level to register in our public swimming lesson program (Swim For Life) based on their skills and abilities shown in the school lesson sessions.
