Come throw, catch and shoot the Lacrosse ball during our drop-in Lacrosse timeslots in the turf Field House, all ages and levels of experience are welcome!

Participants are encouraged to bring their own lacrosse sticks and balls, but BSRC Lacrosse equipment will be made available for participants.

All BSRC drop-in or skating programs require a valid BSRC membership or drop-in admission payment.
