Aqua-Fit Combo - Drop-In

This class will accomodate both shallow and deep water exercisers with safe, effective self-paced movements to upbeat music.

Aqua-Fit - Drop-In

Deep: Get your heart rate up and increase your strength with this challenging yet fun Aqua class. Aqua belts and various other pieces of equipment will help you challenge yourself in the deep water’s resistance.Shallow: Get your workout in the water! Take some of the strains and pains off those joints. Excellent class for everyone including: those recovering from injuries, prenatal clients and seniors.

Aqua Jogging - Drop-In

A fun aquatic class to run, jog, and train in the water with no impact! Use the properties of the water as resistance for a great workout. All fitness levels are welcome and no swimming experience is needed.

Baby & Me Bootcamp

Bring your baby to class with you! These 11 weeks will gradually progress you to get stronger and feel more powerful in this "Bootcamp" style class. Get a great workout and have fun with other Moms too!

Band Burnout - Drop-In

Full body resistance band workout will add a new twist to your everyday workout. It's easy on your joints, but merciless on your muscles. Come see what band burnout is all about. Bring your own mat recommended.

Gentle Mix'n It Up - Drop-In

Gentler Aqua-Fit - Drop-In

These classes take the basic aquatic skills and drills and bring them down just a step but keep ALL the fun so come join us for a drop in class designed for anyone who needs to tone it down or just starting out!

Hatha Yoga - Drop-In

This traditional yoga class will help build strength, focus and muscle tone in addition to the relaxation and meditation yoga is known for.

Healthy Joints - Drop-In

For those needing care with their exercise positions due to arthritis, rehabilitation, or balance issues, this seated class safely targets major joints with gentle strengthening and stretching exercises.

Lunchtime Barre

Improve your balance, flexibility, and strength endurance with this class that is a mix of ballet, pilates, and yoga!

Lunchtime Yoga

This class uses physical yoga poses and breath work to provide a great whole body work out. Calm and clear the mind, increase lung capacity, build strength, flexibility and endurance in the body. This class is a great fit for all levels of yoga experience, whether you are just starting out or regularly practice!

NIA

NIA barefoot cardio dance is more than a workout. Nia is a holistic fitness set to empowering music that feeds your body, focuses your mind, stirs your emotions, and uplifts your spirit. NIA fitness classes use diverse movement patterns with 52 basic moves that lubricate joints, strengthen and stretch muscles, while promoting stability, flexibility and agility.

Paddleboarding Fitness
